Quite possibly one of my favorite looks right now is a draped long-sleeved dress with a gathered waist, as seen on these gorgeous ladies:

I'm obsessed. I love the the high neck - somehow the less skin that shows, the sexier it looks. However, the long sleeves and general covered-up style still give it the appearance of professionalism. The gathered or bow-tied waist makes it super flattering for nearly every kind of body, and the solid color, whether bright, neutral or dark, ensures that anyone can wear this look. As always, though, be mindful of your hems! (Emmy and Lauren's veer on the side of too short). Regardless, I will definitely be on the lookout for this! Loves.
