Covet: Cut-Out Necklines

Basic black dresses are great for the workplace - they are easy to wear and accessorize, and they always look appropriate whether it's for the office, happy hour or a client meeting.  However, because they work so well in so many situations they can easily become boring and uninspiring, so I'm always on the lookout for a fun twist on them.
