Quick Tip: Wines

I'm sure that, like me, all my fellow Stylish Careerists like to have a nice glass of wine (or four) when you get home from a hard day's work.  But, if you're also like me, you buy the cheapest wines you find because you can't taste the difference between them and the expensive ones!

Well, don't feel bad, because neither can most people!  A blind taste test of 578 participants found that people really can't taste the difference between expensively priced wines and inexpensive ones. The participants tasted a range of red and white wines and tried to correctly identify which wines were expensive and which were cheap. The volunteers were only able to guess correctly 50% of the time — chance guesses.

So, keep enjoying your cheap-o wine, and feel guilt-free about it!
