Mandy Moore is looking fab in this mod look:

Mandy Moore in a David Koma short sleeve white honeycome top and bold printed minskirt, with coral lips and silver ankle strap pumps.

Who would have thought a quilted top could look so great?  Also, I love her make-up; the blue eyeliner and orange lip really made a statement.

Mandy stole this look straight from the runway (minus the belt) from David Koma's Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
