Trendspotting: Collared Dresses

Bold collars are having a major moment in Hollywood right now. I recently wrote about wearing them as jewelry, but how about as an element of your outfit:

What's great about this trend is that it translates from nighttime to daytime depending on your accessories. With leggings or tights and boots, it can be appropriate for work, and with sandals and jewels for an evening affair. Just be sure to keep the cut of the dress simple so as not to appear child-like.
