Trendspotting: Emerald Green Sheaths

Lovers of jewel tones, prepare to rejoice: Pantone has named Emerald Green 2013's Color of the Year:

Jessica Biel in a green sheath, leather clutch and leopard print pumps; Jessica Alba in a knee-length, square-neck Narciso Rodriguez dress with silver mirrored pumps and a black-and-white bag; Olivia Munn in a green Michael Kors sheath dress with a back slit with black-and-gold ankle-strap sandals.

You might remember that Tangerine Tango took the same honor last year—appropriate, considering the rush of orange witnessed on the Spring 2012 runways, though perhaps not the most universally flattering choice.  Happily, 2013's vibrantly verdant shade looks awesome on most skin tones, so be sure to get in on this popular color trend.
